We had a full house for our annual charity bridge tea that was, once again, wonderfully organised and run by Sue Stathers.

Rufus Jesman, Grandson of a former client, will be participating in ‘3 RunThrough’ 5km Runs over the next three months to raise funds for The Hunter Centre.

Christmas Celebration at St. Christopher’s Church 7th December 2023
Despite a wet and windy evening, St Christopher’s was full of supporters and friends for our annual festive celebration with music, poems and carols.
A generous donation from Care in Haslemere - November 2023
We were delighted to receive a donation of £1000 from Care in Haslemere in November. Anne Downing, chair of The Hunter Centre received the donation from three of Care in Haslemere’s Trustees, Chairman Ivor Barrett, Treasurer Jerry Ogilvie and Gillian Everton.
The Waverley Singers Concert - 21st October 2023
The Waverley Singers put together a wonderful programme of Puccini and Verdi sacred choral music for their Autumn concert and the performance, in St Thomas-on-the Bourne, was magnificent.
Barn Fest - 9th September 2023
Our thanks to the Haslemere Rotary Club for organising a fabulous evening of music, poetry and drama in early September and to Margaret Barlow, one of our ambassadors and a former Trustee, for hosting the event in 16th century Imbham’s barn.
The Hunter Centre Charity Golf Day - 8th June 2023
The weather was brilliant for our Charity Golf day and so was much of the golf, despite tricky rough and fast greens.
Charity Bridge Tea - 17th March 2023
Local supporter, Sue Stathers, once again arranged a bridge tea at Our Lady of Lourdes church hall in Haslemere, to fundraise and raise awareness of The Hunter Centre.
5th Anniversary Barn Dance - 3rd September 2022
Almost 100 people danced the night away to Stockbrokers Belt barn dance band and some even enjoyed a brief ride in a hot air balloon.
Hunter Centre Trustees play golf for Charity
Four of the Hunter Centre trustees, Anne Downing, Belinda Pope, Malcom Carter and Dr Mark Hurst represented us as the Hunter Centre team at a charity day held by the County Club of Guildford on 7th April 2022.
